1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the daka8 platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") and its users ("you", "member", or "player"). By accessing the daka8 website or Service, creating an account, or participating in any game or bet, you are agreeing to these Terms.

daka8 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be final.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the Service on daka8, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
• You must use the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must deposit and bet with your own funds — using funds on behalf of others or using third-party funds is prohibited.
• You must be the owner of a valid and active mobile number.
• Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

daka8 may request identity documents or relevant paperwork for age verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open a valid account on daka8, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Your real name, correct mobile number, and actual date of birth are required. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. You must notify daka8 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. daka8 will not be liable for misuse of your account if you fail to notify us in time.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, the additional accounts will be closed and, where applicable, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently supported on daka8 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals can be made through all three of these methods.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the rules of the respective payment method. Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• daka8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

daka8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect mobile numbers or account details provided during a deposit or withdrawal. It is your own responsibility to verify all transaction details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

daka8 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳28,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example — a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,500 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
• daka8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The daka8 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% cashback per week), Silver (up to 1.0% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 1.5% cashback per week). You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active participation. VIP cashback and benefits are provided in accordance with the specific terms of the VIP program.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All game and betting outcomes on daka8 are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play and transparency. All game results are completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when placing bets using a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or system failure, daka8 will make efforts to provide a refund where applicable. However, daka8 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a clear technical error.

6.4 Sports Betting

Before placing bets in the sports betting section, please read the rules for each event and market carefully. daka8 will settle bets in accordance with standard industry rules in the event of any cancellation or postponement of an event.

7 Responsible Gaming

daka8 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Always play responsibly with your own and your family's wellbeing in mind.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Avoid gaming with borrowed money.
• Take regular breaks and keep your gaming time limited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the daka8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Placing strategic or fraudulent bets for the purpose of earning bonuses ("bonus abusing").
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using any automated software, bots, or algorithms to gain a gaming advantage.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion").
• Depositing funds or placing bets using a third party's money.

If any of the above activities are suspected, daka8 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation without prior notice.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the daka8 platform — including logos, trademarks, game designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of daka8 or its licensors.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of these materials without the express written permission of daka8 is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

The daka8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. daka8 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game sessions being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or failure of third-party services.
• Loss caused by issues with your device or network.
• Loss resulting from disclosing your account details to another person.
• Service interruptions resulting from unexpected technical issues or cyberattacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, daka8's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount you deposited in the past 30 days.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 By daka8

daka8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

11.2 By the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the daka8 support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed and any applicable balance will be returned.

12 Privacy

daka8's full policy on the collection, storage, and use of your personal information is described in detail on our Privacy Policy page. By using the platform, you are also agreeing to that Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.

daka8 does not sell your information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with selected partners where necessary for the operation of the Service — always within the boundaries of the Privacy Policy. Information may need to be provided to relevant authorities due to legal obligations.
